1. Devotees are authorized to deposit their donation and payment of pooja booking only through Debit Card/Credit Card, UPI or Net Banking facility.
2. Once the donation or ticket booking fee is paid, it can’t be refunded through any mode.
3. Donations
a- All donations made to the Trust are considered voluntary and non-refundable.
b- Once a donation is processed, the Trust does not offer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.
4- Pooja / Seva / Booking Services
For any Pooja, any pooja related service booked through the Trust, may be accepted only if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
If the service has already been performed or preparations have begun, no refund will be issued
5- Event Registrations
Event or program bookings can be up to 72 hours before the event.
No Refunds will be applicable after booking.
No refund will be given for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
6- Technical / Payment Errors
In case of a failed or duplicate payment, the Trust will take the action after verifying the transaction with the payment gateway.
